Just Awful. The app is very poorly organized and difficult to navigate. The alert function doesn't work. You cannot watch live events from start of event until after the event is over. The Capitals broadcast is just about unwatchable. The broadcast stream pauses often and the resolution is just terrible. I have a very high speed broadband internet service and 4k cables and equipment. The resolution is less than HD minimums, e.g. not 720P, much less. I wish there was a better option.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever encountered and I'm actually upset paid for the annual subscription before realizing how bad it is. You can't get the app to log in unless you routinely uninstall and reinstall, it will freeze and crash for absolutely zero reason. If you are lucky enough to stream a game through it, you'll end up deaf from having to turn the volume of the game up to max to hear the announcers, but when the commercials start they'll end up blowing your speakers.

Please fix, whether it's the app on the smart TV or phone app. It constantly needs to be re logged into or verify my TV provider. It always blocks the game the first time you, then restart, re log in, and then maybe it will work but even then, 50% of the time the picture quality is terrible. I check other apps with live sports, and they always come in crystal clear at the same time. It feels on purpose to make you pay for their subscription which i wouldn't be opposed to doing if the app worked.
